About the Role
As an Experienced Nail Technician, you’ll be a key member of our founding team, delivering premium nail services with precision, artistry, and care. From detailed manicures and pedicures to advanced nail enhancements and nail art, you’ll ensure that every client leaves feeling polished, pampered, and confident.
This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled technician who wants to grow with a new brand and be part of shaping the salon’s culture from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, nail art, and enhancements (e.g., structured gel, hard gel, acrylics)
- Deliver a consistent, luxurious client experience from consultation to finish
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace in compliance with health regulations
- Stay updated on current trends, nail technologies, and best practices
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to a welcoming salon atmosphere
- Promote nail care education and retail products tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with team members and support salon events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Qualifications
- Experienced full service Nail Technician
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on salon experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of nail shaping, cuticle care, gel systems, and modern techniques
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management
- Passion for the beauty industry and continued learning
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
- Nail art skills or structured gel experience is a strong asset
