About the Role

As an Esthetician with experience in Japanese Head Spa treatments, you will be part of a pioneering team, providing luxurious, therapeutic services that blend scalp and hair wellness with total relaxation. You’ll also offer a range of traditional esthetic services including facials, waxing, lash/brow treatments, and skin therapies tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Japanese Head Spa treatments including scalp analysis, deep cleansing, lymphatic massage, hair steaming, and restorative rituals
  • Deliver personalized esthetic services including facials, dermaplaning, waxing, brow/lash tinting, and skin consultations
  • Create a serene, healing experience for clients using intentional touch and expert knowledge
  • Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Build lasting client relationships through education, professionalism, and empathy
  • Stay current on skincare innovations, holistic techniques, and Japanese beauty trends
  • Recommend homecare routines and retail products aligned with salon offerings

Qualifications

  • Licensed Esthetician (per provincial regulations)
  • 2–5 years of professional esthetics experience preferred
  • Formal training and/or hands-on experience in Japanese Head Spa or scalp therapy is required
  • Strong understanding of skin physiology and holistic skincare
  • Exceptional client care, communication, and consultation skills
  • Calm, grounded presence and attention to detail
  • Passion for wellness, clean beauty, and continuous learning
